Community Raffles Application Process

On behalf of Cazalys, thank you to all our participating non-for-profit community groups and sporting groups for being part of the Community Raffles here at Cazalys.

Unfortunately, due to popularity, the spots fill up VERY quickly and we have to let down a lot of groups, including new groups who haven’t had the opportunity to participate before. In the spirit of fairness and sharing the love, we have come up with a new plan that will go into effect for 2026.

Going forward, we will be having an application process for groups to apply for spots on our fundraising calendar. There will be two application rounds each year – in October & May.

We will allow groups to submit an application in October of this year to fundraise between January and June. We will contact successful applicants in November. If you were unsuccessful, you can apply again in May for the July to December period. Each Community Group will only be allowed to participate once per year.
