June Staff Member of the Month – Richie
Congratulations to Richie, our June Staff Member of the Month!
As one of the friendly faces at Reception, Richie is often the very first person to welcome members and guests through our doors. Always smiling, approachable and ready to help, she plays a vital role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Cazalys is known for.
Whether she’s answering questions, assisting members, training new team members or jumping into another department whenever an extra pair of hands is needed, Richie does it all with professionalism, positivity and a can-do attitude.
Her willingness to help wherever she’s needed and her incredible ability to juggle multiple tasks make her an invaluable part of the Cazalys team. Congratulations, Richie—this recognition is so well deserved!
Duty Manager Recognition – Grace
A huge congratulations also goes to Grace, who has received this month’s Duty Manager Recognition.
Grace brings enthusiasm, positivity and an infectious energy to every shift. She’s always the first to put her hand up to help with extra tasks, supports her teammates whenever needed, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Her vibrant personality and dedication make her a fantastic member of our Duty Manager team, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her.
